A way to find someone to shop with in Gurgaon: a free buddy, or a stylist you pay. We check every member’s identity, but we do not employ members or stylists and we are not present at meetups. You choose who to meet.

You must be 18 or over, live or shop in India, use your real name and photo, and have one account.

Follow the safety rules: meet only in public places, keep chats in the app until you are comfortable, be honest, and treat people with respect. No harassment, hate, sexual content, selling, or asking for money beyond an agreed stylist price.

Stylists set their own sessions and prices and are paid by clients directly, for now. ShopSquare charges stylists nothing at present. If we start taking payments in the app, we will tell stylists at least a month before and take no more than 15%. Stylists are responsible for their own taxes.

ShopSquare does not handle money between members today. Pay only the stylist price you agreed. We are not responsible for money paid outside the app.

We check identities and act on reports, but we cannot guarantee anyone’s behaviour. Meet in public, tell someone where you are going, and in an emergency call 112. Report anything that feels wrong: reporting also blocks the person straight away.

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or the safety rules. If we do, any plans you have are called off and the other person is told.

You own what you post. You let us show it inside ShopSquare to run the service. Stylists confirm they have their clients’ permission for every look photo they add.

ShopSquare is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for what happens at meetups or between members. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Indian law applies. Courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, deal with any dispute.
